An Unexpected Friendship In Wizard 101

Posted November 12th, 2008 by Hanniel "Lumina" Shariat

As a student in the school of life I'm taught to love nature, healing, happiness, peace and justice. Every time I'm in a battle, I'm thinking about who I can heal and how I can defeat evil. In Wizard 101 everyone is pretty friendly and helpful and it's easy to make friends. Although I love being a life wizard the other schools of magic intrigue me! Storm is powerful, Myth is mystical, Fire is risky, Ice is strong and Balance is wise. But there was one school of magic I just couldn't understand. The Death School.

Wizard 101: Guide to the Sleeper's Timepiece Quest

Posted November 4th, 2008 by Hanniel "Lumina" Shariat

One of the reasons I love playing Wizard 101 is because of all of the different exciting quests. Some of them can be more challenging then others though. Like the Sleeper's Timepiece quest was for me. Now that I have completed it, I decided to write a quick guide on how to defeat the Wormguts boss. I've also included a few great combat tips. This particular quest takes place in a subscription only area but if you don't have one, don't worry there are plenty of fun quests you can play for free.

Exclusive Interview With Twin Wizards

Posted October 23rd, 2008 by Hanniel "Lumina" Shariat

I got the chance to sit down with twins Brett and Dean Gustafson. They both love playing Wizard 101 so I couldn't wait ask them about their wizards and what they loved about the game. If you know any twins, you know that they think alike, and Brett and Dean are no exception, but don't be too quick to assume everything about them is the same, there are some parts of Wizard 101 that they definitely have their own opinions on. Read their interview below to find out what school of Magic they chose and more.

My Journey As A Conjurer In Wizard 101 - Part I

Posted October 10th, 2008 by Hanniel "Lumina" Shariat

Just like everyone else, while i was waiting for Wizard 101 to download I took the "what kind of wizard are you" test. When the test told me i should join the School of Myth I couldn't have agreed more. There was something about Myth that sounded so enchanting to me. It's tag line explains it all "To control the future, one must look to the past." Myth magic is all about Imagination and the power of the mind. The game explained that if I could conceive it then it can happen.
