It seems like Parents everywhere can't stop talking about Club Penguin and as an avid player myself, I can understand why. It seems like this is one MMO that really stands out in a crowd. For starters where else can you live your life as a penguin in a snow-covered virtual world? But even though that's what makes it fun it's only a small part of what makes it such a winner with parents. Unlike any other MMO, Club Penguin is a game where imagination thrives!

No matter what age you are, Hello Kitty has likely had some impact on your life. Whether you grew up collecting Hello Kitty like me or you raised a daughter who loved her. Either way you know that Hello Kitty stands for all things pink, cute and innocent and their new MMORPG is not much different. The design and feel of the game is lighthearted and fun. But don't think that Hello Kitty Online is JUST for your kids.

As a student in the school of life I'm taught to love nature, healing, happiness, peace and justice. Every time I'm in a battle, I'm thinking about who I can heal and how I can defeat evil. In Wizard 101 everyone is pretty friendly and helpful and it's easy to make friends. Although I love being a life wizard the other schools of magic intrigue me! Storm is powerful, Myth is mystical, Fire is risky, Ice is strong and Balance is wise. But there was one school of magic I just couldn't understand. The Death School.

My generation grew up on Hello Kitty. I had Pachacco jewelery, school supplies, lunch boxes and anything else I could buy with my allowance. So when I found out Hello Kitty was creating an online game where I could hang out with all my favorite Hello Kitty characters I was instantly sold. As soon as I started playing, I knew I wasn't going to be let down. The graphics were cute and colorful just like I remembered. I started out by creating my character.

Just like everyone else, while i was waiting for Wizard 101 to download I took the "what kind of wizard are you" test. When the test told me i should join the School of Myth I couldn't have agreed more. There was something about Myth that sounded so enchanting to me. It's tag line explains it all "To control the future, one must look to the past." Myth magic is all about Imagination and the power of the mind. The game explained that if I could conceive it then it can happen.

I was really looking forward to the Club Penguin Fall Fair and it didn't let me down. This was my first fair at Club Penguin so I didn't know what to expect. As soon as i signed on, I could tell that this was gonna be a very fun day. The whole Island looked different. Everything was colorful and flashy. The map doesn't show you where all the different minigames and activities are so it was fun exploring. I found an awesome surprise on the Iceberg and in the sewer.

Wizard 101 is a new MMO game from Kings Isle Entertainment that is designed especially for kids and their families. These days it seems like new kids online game's are a dime a dozen. Some companies throw together a game for kids just to get in on the profits. After my experience with Wizard 101 I know that this is definitely not one of those games. In fact Wizard 101 is in a league of it's own when it comes to kid-friendly MMO's.

UB Funkeys is an online kids game with some very unique aspects. First of all you can't just sign up and download the game online. In order to play UB Funkeys your child needs to buy a starter pack at the store. Which should cost you about $19.95. The starter kit comes with one big UB Funkey and two little ones. It
also comes with a cd you use to download the game.

If you've played U.B. Funkeys before you know that no matter what Funkey you have, mini games are the best way to earn coins. Who doesn't need more coins? Especially in U.B. Funkeys because you can buy all sorts of cool stuff for your Funkey, your crib, and even your pet! Since I love playing mini games (and love getting coins) I decided to give other U.B. Funkey players some tips and insight into the mini games.

MapleStory is a free-to-play online game that is aimed towards a younger crowd. When kids play MapleStory they enter the wondrous Maple World. Their job is to protect this world from all the monsters that are trying to destroy it. One unique thing about MapleStory that I think makes it so popular with kids is that hunting and engaging in battles are not the only things you can do in the Maple World.
