So, now that you have your Webkinz garden planted, you will need to make sure to tend to it every day (or as much as you possibly can). There are several things that your garden might need upon inspection: watering, raking, digging, or harvesting. Since we covered inspecting and watering in Webkinz: A Guide To Gardening Part I- Planting, we will focus on the other parts of tending your garden.






As usual, you will need to inspect your garden to begin. It will tell you what your garden might need. When you first planted your garden all you needed to do was water it. However, as days go by you will need to do a few other things too! One of the things you might have to do is 'rake'. Move your mouse over to the gardening tool bar and click on 'rake'. This will put a small icon of a rake on the screen. Move the rake over to the garden that you need to tend and click on it. It will automatically rake your garden for you. Make sure that you inspect your garden again to make sure that it is 'good growing'. You might have to water it after you raked.

Once you have successfully cared for your garden the time will come to Harvest! This is when you get to pick your fruits and veggies so that you can feed them to your pets! Inspect your garden as usual and it will tell you 'harvest.' Click the 'harvest' button on your garden tool and then click on your garden that is ready to be harvested. It will place that fruit or vegetable in your dock for you. Voila! Now you are done! You can start your garden growing all over again. You do NOT need to buy new seeds, just inspect and water again.

What happens if your garden dies? As sad as that might be....it's OK. All you have to do is click on 'dig' and use the shovel to dig out your garden. Then you can inspect and restart your gardens cycle of growing. No biggie!
