UB Funkeys are collectable toys that you buy, which also unlock a virtual world on your computer. Each Funkey unlocks new zones that you can explore in the land of Terrapinia. There are currently 42 different types of Funkeys that you can collect.

There are different games in the zones you unlock. Play them to earn coins to buy items you can customize your “crib” with. When you have your crib just like you want it, you can post your crib online for all of your friends to see!

To play UB Funkeys just place a collectable in the Hub, that character will appear in the game on your computer screen. Once in game, click where you want to move, and your collectable will go there. Your Funkey will begin in Funkeys Town.

Inside Terrapinia you will find different portals. To travel through the portals, pay attention to which characters are using them. You will have to change characters in order to be able to enter the portal and experience another zone. Not all the portals work properly. The functioning portals were locked, as well as certain doors, which now restricts where Funkeys can travel.

Another way to travel is to use the Grand Funkey Station. You can do three things from the station. You can go to your crib, visit your friend’s cribs or you can choose “Surprise Me” which will take you to a random crib that you can view.

Beware the evil henchmen while playing. They will steal your coins if they can! You’ll also need to beware of the Funkiki Kooties. The Kooties won’t harm you, but they sure will make you dirty! To clean off the dirt, you will need to go to a cleaning station which are located throughout the different zones. Unfortunately, you can only use any one cleaning activity per day. If you go too long without cleaning, you may be denied entrance to game rooms.

Each Funkey has a different virtual world Game Room that they can access. Visit these game rooms and play the games to earn coins. The more you play a game, the more coins you can earn.
