With the overwhelming response to Hello Kitty Online, Sanrio Town decided to extend their closed beta until the end of May. They had to move all their testers to another server.

Here is what they reported:
"We are pleased to announce to all of you the success of Hello Kitty Online Closed Beta 2! The game is now running on a new server, and there are many new players that you will see in the game. We hope you will all enjoy the CB extension, and we hope that all our old CB testers can help out our new players as they find their way through Sanrio Land.

Expect things to get even more interesting, as in a few days we will be announcing our major in-game event! This is definitely something to look forward to, so don’t forget to check the Hello Kitty Online Events Blog!"
